Fill in the required details and click on Register.

You will get a confirmation screen if your information was successfully submitted. You will receive the email below to the email address you provided and will use as your user name.

Please note the registration link will expire and can only be used once. When you click on the Confirm Registration link it will verify your user and take you to the web site where you can now log in with the details you provided. (your email address as user name and the password you chose).

You now have a user account but now need to link it to the information you need access to.

Step 2

When you have set up your user account, the first time you log into your account you will be presented with a screen to link your user account to the information you need.

You can add either a single policy, practice or a group of polices or practices dependent on your situation.

You can only add identities you have permission to access and we will authenticate your rights to the access with the information owner once you have applied for the relevant access.

Once you have selected the access you need you will be asked to provide the relevant information to authenticate your rights to that access.

For policies this would be policy number, company name, address, phone, cell and fax numbers and the equivalent for service providers.

You will need to accept the terms and conditions before you can submit your request for access.

If you have registered with the old FEM website, you should be authenticated immediately.

If you have never registered before it can take up to 2 business days to verify your information and grant you access.

This process will only happen once when you first register and if you want any change to your access or additional access.
